Paul Oakenfold follows his massive 2012 single “Full Moon Party” with another underground trance monster. As featured on the “Spring” compilation from Paul Oakenfold’s Four Seasons album series “Glow in The Dark” is a dark banging Goa inspired track layered with razor sharp acids and tough driving beats.

Already featured on Armin van Buuren’s flagship A State of Trance radio show and Paul’s hugely celebrated recent guest mix for the BBC – this single looks set to be another firm favourite with the trance elite.

This is Acid Trance at it’s most driving. This is Paul Oakenfold Full on Fluoro designed for dark room – where, like stars – we all Glow in The Dark.

Mat Zo & Arty – Mozart (Original Mix) Full HQ

Yooj – Mademoiselle (Original Mix)

Here is a mix of some of my favorite Progressive/Electro/Dutch/House tracks out right now. This is this is “PART 1” of a two part series in dedication to the “Winter Music Conference” 2012. I hope you enjoy and please feel free to “SUBSCRIBE” and interact with me as I love exchanging ideas and theories. Talk to you guys soon… -Stylez-

Here Uto Karem returns to Plus 8 for his second release on the label, with the two tracks he serves up – Take Control and All Over You – continuing in the rising Italian stars good run of form.As well as being an in-demand remixer, DJ and producer, Karem also runs his own Agile Recordings imprint on which he explores the same deep techno rhythms and loopy hypnotism as he does with his two original tracks here.Take Control is a liquid track which builds in looped layers through piston pumping percussion, up-right beats and plenty of melodic drama. Though it pushes on from left to right in true Plus 8 style, the warmth and atmosphere that surrounds the main beats and bass is what really sets the track alight. All Over You again features a crisp, almost dry production style as various percussive elements flesh out a 4/4 techno groove. Hidden within each bar are some wooden sounding hits and various melodic notes, all of which are heart-warming additions to a killer dancefloor groove. As well as this, there is a more driving dub version of Take Control which canters on a knife edge for its six minute duration, closing out another efficient and streamlined techno release on Plus 8.

A remix I did for a competition which I entered way too late. Kinda sucks I couldn’t submit this bomba :\

Let me know what you think (preferrably with a timed comment, because they look so nice :D)

Rock ‘n’ Roller
Craft Music

Tomcraft’s back once again, and he’s in the mood to tease you with lashings of incessant synth trickery. The latest experimental mutant to emerge from his studio-cum-laboratory is a living, breathing beast of a track that relishes in stark contrast.

The legendary producer takes a Moroder-esque arpeggio for his lead line, and warps it with detuning and modulation to create a brain-twisting effect, bubbling away over sassy, shaking percussion. The techy groove is coloured with some uplifting chord blasts and a provocative, menacing vocal that commands your attention. The breakdowns simmer the snarling bass sound down to an unassuming level, allowing the vocal to take centre stage, before rearing right back up and biting you square on the face.

Combining fiercely electronic textures with an unmistakably human knack for groove making, Rock ‘n’ Roller is yet another surefire winner in the vast, potent arsenal of the Craft Music boss. Get it while it’s hot.

5. Lonya – Blat Runner (Pysh Remix)

Lonya returns to the trails of Tulipa Recordings after his outstanding remix of Summer (Brendon Collins)’s track “Nutriatastic” released last year. Lonya is known for weaving exotic melodies together with stealthy grooves- comparatively packing the excitability of exuberant street theatrics. He has fashioned a reputation that exudes inspiration and devotion to the art of composing techno and house music.

Blat Runner arrives entombed in an blossoming catafalque. Metallic keys parade off of punchy percussion. Excitement ensues as the synths begin to trickle in, easing even unsettled ears into a hypnotic canopy. Frozen is an icy arrow streaming through the azure horizon. Blissful pleasantries swirl within its constellations, warmly billowing with unsettled moments that reluctantly bleed optimism.

Marco Dassi furnishes a version of Blat Runner into a formidable opener. His interpretation is constant and deep, however it cleverly showcases a quirkiness that is particular to Marco’s unique style. Summer (Brendon Collins) repaves Frozen into a mind angling road leading deep into the unexplored subconscious. Unadulterated bass and exotic keys pierce through the barriers. Pysh ends the trip with his classy rendition of Blat Runner. He sprinkles pitched down vocals around the groove and casually shows off his peerless talents behind the board.

Lonya has blazed a path deep into the realms of cunning tech-house music. The compositions explode with talent and craftiness, raining down glowing embers of eerie afterthoughts. Tulipa Recordings gladly welcomes him into the circle.
